### 2. Local Compliance – Brevard County, Florida

2.3 **Permits.** You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for septic system installation, modification, or repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ### 3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 **Accurate Information.** You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting Services or enrolling in the Subscription Service, including property details, septic system location, and known issues. We are not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
3.2 **Site Access.** You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the septic system, including removing obstacles (e.g., vehicles, landscaping) before service. ### 4. Subscription Service and Cancellation

How to Cancel:
