However, all service pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, regulatory updates, material availability, or fuel costs. Final pricing will always be confirmed before service.

** Attention Subscribers** Local disposal in Brevard County is included for 2 cleanings/year, with tipping fees ($80/ton) covered in the price. When Brevard County’s facility is unavailable (estimated to occur ~2 times per year), grease is trucked to Tomoka Landfill in Samsula, FL, incurring an additional fee of $360 per trip ($280 for trucking and $80 for tipping), billed separately per occurrence.

⏱ Service Duration Notice
Please note that appointment times are approximate. Due to the nature of septic services, job durations can vary based on the condition of the system, site access, and complexity of the work. Additionally, time must be allocated for safe and legal disposal (dumping) of waste after each job, which can impact our schedule throughout the day.

As a result, we are unable to guarantee exact arrival or completion times, especially when jobs earlier in the day take longer than expected.
